Winter Special 10 Course Banquet
Your committee has organised a special treat for the very first day of Winter - a 10 course banquet at the Peninsula Hampton restaurant. This relatively new restaurant is managed by two distinguished and highly decorated Chinese chefs and restaurateurs in Melbourne (Mr Hau and Mr Yu). With 40 years of experience under his belt, Mr Hau was previously the Executive Chef of the Marriott Hotel of Hong Kong before coming to Australia 16 years ago. He has long been recognised in the Chinese restaurant circle as a master craftsman and an innovator.
