Winter Special 10 Course Banquet
Winter is fast approaching, and it's time for a heart-warming meal amongst friends!
Your committee has organised a special treat for the very first day of Winter - a 10 course banquet at the Peninsula Hampton restaurant. This relatively new restaurant is managed by two distinguished and highly decorated Chinese chefs and restaurateurs in Melbourne (Mr Hau and Mr Yu). With 40 years of experience under his belt, Mr Hau was previously the Executive Chef of the Marriott Hotel of Hong Kong before coming to Australia 16 years ago. He has long been recognised in the Chinese restaurant circle as a master craftsman and an innovator.

4. Spring Chicken Stuffed with Sticky Rice
5. Steamed Barramundi in Special Soy Sauce
6. Sauteed King Prawns with Golden Salty Egg Yolk
7. Beef Fillet with Honey and Peppercorn Sauce
8. Bamboo Fungus Stuffed Vermicelli
9. Chinese Mushrooms with Seasonal Chinese Vegetable
10. Special Fried Rice
Location
The restaurant is located in the upmarket neighbourhood of Hampton, which is about 15 minutes drive from the CBD (and 30 minutes from Glen Waverley). Street address is 354-356 Hampton Street, Hampton.
