Dear fellow CPBA Member,

Our Annual General Meeting will be conducted early next month (November 3rd).  As a current financial member of CPBA, you are cordially invited to participate at this meeting.  For your information, members are also entitled to a complimentary dinner after the AGM proceedings so you are most welcomed to stay back and enjoy this amongst friends.  Please review the attached notices, and RSVP to our Secretary, Winnie Chung before the deadlines indicated.

At this AGM, we will be electing a new committee for the next two year term (2011/2013).  If you are keen to serve the organisation and our community, please feel free to discuss this with me.  I have attached descriptions of the various committee roles, and I am keen to encourage new blood and new ideas to keep our organisation "fresh" and progressive.
