We have arranged for two expert speakers who have generously agreed to share their insights with us:
1) Scott Keck, Executive Chairman, Charter Keck Cramer.
A good friend of CPBA's, Scott needs little introduction. Scott has spoken to us regularly since the Global Financial Crisis, and those who took his advice in December 2008 have profited tremendously! As you may be aware, Charter Keck Cramer is a strategic property consulting firm that advises major property development companies as well as state and council planning departments. Scott will speak to us about strategic developments and current opportunities with residential and commercial properties around Melbourne. 2) Edmund Lu, Sophisticated Investor and Market Strategist.
Some years ago, Edmund left a Senior Executive position in the professional services sector, and achieved financial independence through his investment strategies. In his upcoming talk, Edmund asks what each of us has done to confront the increasing signs danger around us, and will outline a unique, multi-pronged strategy to survive and prosper in any economic scenario.
